I have a Honeywell galaxy flex100 alarm panel, an mk7 keypad. Connected to a kinetic az ÷ 220 external bell box both are new. When I enter my code the message reads invalid code when the engineers code is entered it says insufficient access rights. The panel has been powered down & restarted...
