I'm just worried that to many engineers means less work to go around. That might mean not being able to achieve set targets. Very similar to my current employers.With new builds coming to a halt,and less boilers being fitted its bound to have a knock on effect.
Is it really that bad! I recently went for an interview, and I it seems likely I will be offered a position shortly. I was wondering what they are really like to work for, is bonus reasonably attainable etc.
