I'm just worried that to many engineers means less work to go around. That might mean not being able to achieve set targets. Very similar to my current employers.With new builds coming to a halt,and less boilers being fitted its bound to have a knock on effect.

Is it really that bad! I recently went for an interview, and I it seems likely I will be offered a position shortly. I was wondering what they are really like to work for, is bonus reasonably attainable etc.

Hi Was wondering if anybody out there has worked for or works for Heat-team and was wondering what they are like to work for as a company. Its just that I might be joining the company and it would be good to get some info from the engineers doing the job.
