I have a Biasi Riva Advance HE which is 2 years old & been ok until this winter. The CH is fine, and the kitchen sink hot tap & the bathroom sink hot tap are fine. But the hot water from the hot bath tap & the Mira electric shower is only ever tepid even when set to max temp.
