The house is new build so was practically all grass on a bit of a slope, the contractors levelled off the garden, put the paving down and built the flower beds, the rendering was subcontracted by them to another firm.

The top is the same white beading and rendered. Probably the neatest bit of the job.

Okay, thanks. I didn’t know whether they’d be able to patch it or not. I was aware of the lights, but they did say they’d be able to sort that. Looks like a difficult conversation tomorrow.
