Have just bought a w reg focus estate and the remote does not work. The central locking works ok with the key but not the key fob. Have tried 3 batteries, 2 key fobs and also tried several times to re-program but still not working. Can anyone offer any advice ?????

Have just bought a w reg focus estate and can't get the remote key to work. Central locking works ok when I put the key in the lock but not with the remote. I have tried 3 batteries, 2 remotes and tried re programming several times but still not working
