Yes, the drain is in the middle of it I'll get a picture up of the area.

Its a small part at the front of our house, its just a hole at the moment and cats keep crapping in it :evil: so she wants it filled so she can put pots on it. :) And sorry for calling it "Cement"...

Right i'll be starting construction at college in September hopefully, and my mum would like me to cement the front bit of garden we have. I haven't mixed any cement for about 3-4 years and forgot what ratio it is for water, sand, cement. Thank you in advance, Ben
