it does seem by the sounds that it could well be the gas valve, i will try a pressure test on the system and see if not could it be the Overheat thermostat although it is a new boiler? Thanks

Yes pump is turning, boiler starts to get hot, so do heating pipes and hot water when tap is turned on and no it has never worked what i know of. it is lpg and yes the gas valve is open, i believe the lpg pressure is 34. It does depend where you go about the propertys. There would be an...

I would love to, but in Bulgaria you can not get a proper gas person. Someone fitted it in the summer when i was not there and i have only found out about it and the person is not around until next year :( :( :( :( :(
