The external wall rendering on my property is quiet bad in some places it's started to fall off exposing the brickwork, I wanted to temporarily fill the gaps in until I get it done properly but i just wondered what is better to use concrete or cement?

Recently my patio door has started making a screeching sound when you open and close it. I’ve lubricated the bottom numerous times but it it only works for a short period of time before it starts happening again.

I suppose I could but would using a repair plate stop the screws from becoming loose over time? I don't trying bigger screws and wall plugs, i just measured the thickness of the cabinet and it's measuring at 18.13mm if there are any bigger screws and plugs i can try?
yes i did drill a pilot hole before driving the screws in. These are the exact screws i brought below:

Just a quick update it seems every couple of months the two 4.5mm screws come out ever so slightly from the two dowels that i glued in, i suspect that's due to constantly opening and closing the cabinet door. I was just wondering if there is an alternative type of screw that i can use for...

The external wall render on my house is broken off in some places when we had new windows put in. I would like to try and fill the gaps myself and then paint over it with the original colour if possible. Am fairly new to this so am not sure what type of render has been used the colour of it...
Am gonna wait till it starts hammering it down again and then go in the attic with a flashlight and check the roof tiles again. I think that's what is it.
