It could also be that something else on the network is already using the 113 address. By the way it is of no use to redact your LAN ip addresses as this is only accessible within your network.
If you run CMD and type ipconfig on your pc u will beable to see the ip adress of your computer, subnet mask and default gateway. U will need to give the doorbell an ip on this range with the subnet and gateway the same.
Yeh your doorbell is not connected to the NIC of the NVR like the other cameras, this is not accessible from the home network, u need to address it on the LAN, then add it manually on your NVR which is connected to the LAN
If the same PIR that has been moved from the kitchen to the lounge is causing the fault, and the battery os good then you will likely need to replace it.
If the pir that was moved from the lounge to the kicthen is causing it then you will need to look at relocating it away from possible causes...
