More power solved :) . Now it is out, has resistance of 25 ohms (1900W 230V) - I don't think it's faulty ..... Any idea why it is not heating? Dischwasher reports E8 and cold water is inside. Thanks for the advice!

Hi guys, does anyone know how to replace heating element in my dishwasher? It is placed in the tube for top arm. I cant find service repair manual for this model :-(. Thank you!
