Thanks! Well I don't know what this basecoat I got really is.. It says on the tin it's supposed to be able to cover anything!!! Clearly not the case. Because I've got the paint already... Im gonna see tomorrow if I can apply a 2nd coat.. hopefully that will eliminate the running. Billy

Hi guys, I have a room to paint which at the moment is painted black with spaceships and stuff painted onto the black with different emulsions. I have tried to go over it with a thick white basecoat that I got, and it covers the black great, but as soon as I go over the bright colors...
