It is very strange, the outlet would normally mix the supply but in this instance you have to merge the supplies via the pipwork!!!
I assume that the cold supply will not interfer with the hot supply as both will take the path of least resistance??

No thats the problem, the filler only has 1 connector so the water is both hot and cold when it goes in to the filler.
Given this i need to join the hot outflow with the cold outflow from the deck valves and was wondering how close to the valves i could mix the supplies.

how close to the deck valves on the outlow side can i connect the hot and the cold supplies together? within 100mm? or could i connect the hot and cold together as close to the valves as possible?

4) No instructions and technical help was useless. I dont think they appreciated the issue!
5) Cannot throw them away they cost £150 per valve!!!
