Thank you to you both - I really appreciate your input. I've spoken to the builders and they have corrected everything and all now looks fine. Couldn't progressed without your input.

I'm having an extension rebuilt and the builders have done this roof work. I have a few questions; they have cut all the corners off the double romans - why? The tiles don't seem to be lying flat in all areas - is this unacceptable? Are the cuts around the Velux windows ok? What's going on with...
