Thanks... I kind of worked that out for myself. I think the problem is the fuseable link as the boiler stays on if i move it away from the boiler body. Thanks any way

Can you help? I can ignite the pilot light on my boiler with ease, it will stay lit for ever if the heater is not used. When the heater is used, the pump kicks in and the boiler works for approx 5 mins then the main burner and the pilot extinguish any Ideas? :cry:
