    Permitted development- 4cm over. Should I worry?

    HI, I have built a summerhouse a few weeks ago, and it is within 2m of the boundaries. The summer house has a pent roof that is 8ft at front and 7ft at back. With the base the front is 254cm high so I am 4cm over the permitted 2.5metres height. Are councils likely to take action on 4cm? Thank you
