Anyone an expert in secondary double glazing? I live in a flat in an old Victorian building. The original windows are Sash (move from bottom to top). The previous owner had installed secondary glazing though (again, slides from bottom to top). Anyway, when pulling up the secondary glazing one day, it dropped down suddenly - luckily I wasn't injured. Anyway, I'm told that the 'springs' have gone but I can't find anyone to fix it. Also I don't know who originally installed it. The local glass merchant can't help me so... any ideas anyone? I live in London, SW1. Thanks

Noisy Potterton Performa 24 (combi-boiler) - I moved into my flat about a year ago; the boiler's always been noisy. It's worse when the pressure guage is down. Also this past week, I'm needed to press the reset button about 5 times. Any ideas?
