Yes done the above made sure it got hot and then only cranked them open a bit not full just slightly open. Trv moves freely on the pin and locksheild has opened slightly and the cold radiator will get hot but still doesn't come warm when I turn the others slightly open

Yes pump operations fine and yes it wash flushed when swapping too pressurised. I opted for repiping downstairs drops to 15mm but still only get hot not as hot as the rest if them do

No only the front cover removed there is a small glass window on the burner that you can see through not disturbed any burner seals etc also no it's not a payment meter and I have gas to the hob and fire no problems and if it helps gas hob is directly next to the boiler

I would get a water hammer arrestor 20-25 pound from a decent plumbers merchants fit it just above the stop tap and try that's the rubber washer should take the sudden stop in water pressure and vibrate on the washer which you won't hear and also would stop the banging of the pipes aswell
