The plater wall down the side is 68mm thick. I imagine plaster board is around 15mm? So that leaves 28mm cavity? Going to find a paper clip and drill a hole to find thickness, if it’s 10mm a 35mm dry lining box might fit

Ended up using my Earth tail I made up there were 4 earths so I used one of these ideal connectors. Not Impressed I’ll stick with Wago

Yes I have earthed it New switch ready to be fitted, I’ve been gradually earthing everything as none of the od metal back boxes were earthed or wires tight either. I’ll take this out though and just feed earth wire straight into the plate as it’s a plastic Patrice box
