no, I'm adding a concrete slab around the manhole cover. But I need to add a pipe to my own drain, as pictured below in the photo.

As mentioned in the first post, I plan to only work on my own private pipe, this is the one pictured on the bottom. I have no interest in modifying the public manhole.
