Thanks - we have had that done but sadly it hasn’t fixed the problem - it was re sealed but I’m not sure the builder was a window specialist Unfortunately i don’t know anyone in the building or window trade and have already spent some amount to try and fix it Appreciate all the replies

Thanks Sorry to sound stupid but do you mean cover with plastic/ tarpaulin or something? I’m not sure what was used to repoint as was previous owner Do you think water coming off the concrete sill above could be soaking the bricks ? We have used one coat of Thompson’s water seal
