I have did it i cant feel anything when i put screw driver in it

When i try to undo screw hot water is coming out do i have to isolate it first

I have listened to the pump its making a slight noise i am unsure but i think its quiteter than before

i have the above boiler and the problem with it is The main burners will light up but will go out after a short while then light up after a few minutes the go out again ect Any help would be great
