Hi if anyone could help would be very grateful, we have 2 little ones and they need a good scrub !!!! When we run h/w it runs hot for 2 seconds then stays warm, so we cant get a shower etc...if however we put the central heating on say to 22 on thermostat, we get hot water.. not piping hot but...
