    Pcb exploded part?

    PCB on subject line , not Pub lol where I should be now. Okay so the blue thing (capacitor?) just melted and it obviously means the boiler wont work lol. Does anyone in the northwest have experience doing this replacement work. I assume the whole pcb board needs replacing. The pictures...
