    Thanks for the update. I don't have a pressure washer but I'll have a go sanding the boards and using linseed oil, see how it goes

    Thanks for the reply. I went out & bought some regular linseed oil anyway & I've tried it on part of a board to see how it goes. Is sanding the boards a good idea? They feel nice & smooth but I imagine they'll be even slipperier in winter. Should I also treat with a non-slip product?

    Linseed oil on decking?

    I've noticed that some products (like Ronseal Eco decking stain) use linseed oil and I'm wondering if I could just use basic linseed oil straight onto my new decking? It's pressure treated pine (the regular stuff). Any info much appreciated
