Grundfos pumps do you mean the middle one has stopped working. waiting on homeserve

Does seem to be these Grundfos pumps are the common issue with no central heating.

So im running a potterton suprima 60l and a boilermate 2000 all thats happened is we have no heat central heating water going to rads. homeserve coming out today to replace pump i hope as thats packed in but he possibly mentioned if to drain the system it may not refill properly does that sound...
