Difficult to be any more help from here, I don't think you'll be able to fix it, as it appears to be a fault on the boiler, and only the appropriate people should work on it.

Try setting the boiler thermostat to minimum and see what happens.....

The pump may be working, but is it circulating the water? An air lock or a restriction/blockage may be the cause. Is there an air release above the boiler? Is there enough water in the system? Do you get heat and hot water? The overheat stat will trip near boiling point.

Regarding the rads, any rad that leaks will not be covered by a BG service contract, as they will say that the aggressive water caused it. This goes for cylinders too!

Don't expect any radiators to be covered though. And the term 'aggressive water' is used as a get out clause!

Maybe the pipes from the header tank are wrong. There are two pipes, one small 15mm one, which is the cold feed, and a larger 22mm one which is the open vent. The pump could be drawing air in through the open vent. Basically, the cold feed, on a newer system, should be between the pump...

Worth checking that the valve isn't in the manual override position, if not, it may just need the motor changing, which is inexpensive, to the whole valve which is a bit more. Could do with a few more details to be honest. :roll:

If I came to your house and was told that I would change the pcb and take it from there. If I had a pound for every Suprima pcb I've had to change.....I expect I would have spent it.

A problem has developed. The large red button on the front keeps lighting up, and I have to push it to get the boiler going again. Also, the boiler seems to have a mind of it's own, coming on at strange times, when it's not supposed to. Help!
