Thank you for the reply. There are no cracks that I can see. I can’t see any cracks near windows or in other brickwork either. It is an old house and some things are a bit off and uneven and it has always been like that and I’ve been here 15 years.

I’m not sure. We don’t have a single shared down pipe. Both houses have two pipes.
