    Non-Velux roof windows...

    We use only Velux & Fakro windows.Fakro are just as good & are cheaper.Keylite we have fitted before but they feel & look cheaper compared to Velux * Fakro. Fakro are an excellent replacement for Velux & have arguably a better finish on the timber Roof Windows.

    Hi For a 60m2 roof with two pitches I would fix 4 per side.Inline tile vents are shaped just like the roof tile & are approximately £20-£40 each depending on plastic or concrete.We charge generally £40 per vent fitted. The cheapest ones are plastic and can be picked up from Roofing Merchants

    Hi You have two choices, seperate the properties or invite the council to intervene with a compulsory maintenance order. The flat roofs can be divided by an intelligent flat roofer.
