Be careful all the cheap matt`s I have bought on line have been thin and very poor quality.

Goes red then stops, switch off at its mains switch and back on again runs ok again. Had the Brush Bar out and that other roller, nothing obvious. Tried running with with out them both in situ, same result. Is the Brush motor a 12 volt type ? Thought about testing it on a 12 V supply.
