That was what I was thinking, the CE mark is just a paper sticker, if its supposed to have a BS number, I will send it back. Bought off ebay from a trader.

Just purchased a wireless plug in door bell, it looks fairly well made but the plug in Bell part has no BS accreditation, just a tiny paper CE sticker. Since it plugs in to a 13A socket should it not have have a BS number ? Its for an elderly neighbour, we dont want any dodgy SMPS bursting into...
