have pulled up pins they seem loose and rads still cold :(

they are twisting away like usuall just not changing anything :?

My downstairs radiators are working perfectly aswell as one radiator upstairs in the bathroom by the boiler. I have bled all three radiators and cold clear water flows out. The tvr pipes are also cold but the ones on the opposite sides are warm. Any ideas to help this problem will be greatly...
