I'm having a similar problem. Sometimes the detergent dispenser does not open fully and sometimes I open the dishwasher after a full cycle and the dispenser has opened but the detergent hasn't come out. If I use a "gel-pac" style detergent, it has melted to the inside of the dispenser. Liquid...
