Hi I wonder if anybody out there can advise me on laying a solid oak flooring 120mm x 18mm onto the existing ground floor, it is going to be nailed to existing floorboards which are standard boards (not T&G) with the obvious small gaps. What I need to know is will I need a damp proof underlay...
