A big thanks to Alarm, fitted new battery and system is now up and running as normal. No programming or anything just ran as normal. I will now be looking at this site more often. Thanks Again

Hi I lost the power to my alarm and when I re-instated the power the alarm will not work. I have checked the supply in main box and all seems ok. I have checked the battery disconnected and have 13.3 volts on battery and charging supply of 13.volts. The remote does not show mains supply...
