Thanks for that, I have had a look and from the pipes I can see there doesn't appear to be any frozen. I have been at the ones I can see with a hair dryer but still no success. I have got the heating on as well so I'm hoping if is frozen it'll defrost. Any thing else spring to mind?

I hope someone can help; When I turn my hot water tap on in the bathroom or kitchen no water comes out. When I put the shower on and turn the hotwater tap in the bathroom water comes out but it reduces the water from the shower, the water is also cold. We've not had any work etc done...
