Ok thanks. I'll try and find a G3 plumber in the Ipswich area. The leak is coming from the Cold Water Combination valve at the top, which I believe is the PRV cartrdige apparently. I'm not going to fill up the system in case it makes it worse. I'll get someone in ASAP. Thanks to all.

Ok I'll have a go thanks. I've got a metal hose coming off the Varem tank. There's a small black switch on it. Near that is what looks like an input pipe also with a small black switch. I guess I need to connect the two up, open the switches and pressurise? I live in flat so no...

Hi, thanks a lot for replying. Yes I think I need to repressurise. However am I safe to do this? Do you know how I go about doing that? I have a metal hose coming off the expansion tank. I may get a plumber but need to know if its a 5 minute job or not so I don't get ripped off!
