Unfortunately the old light went into the skip and was pilfered for scrap by a passing gypsy, so I'm not getting that back. The bulbs last around 24 hours before they blow, but always one remains ok. Why might LED lights make a difference? Is this because they are more tolerant to jumps in...

My problem is similar to this but it happens with one light fitting only... When I moved in, I noticed that only one bulb of the four bulb light in the kitchen was working, it was a long stem with four "spotlights" and it took GU10 bulbs. I replaced all the bulbs, but a couple of days later...
