Can anyone advise me on underfloor heating, I am thinking of Electric mesh undefloor heating. What is it to be laid on what can go on the top how thick can it make the floor. I am keen on the idea but i'm sure there are a lot of but's so please help me decide.

to put a coat of PVA on and skim ill be adequat if it is very rough then maybe a coat of "bonding" before pinky will help
