Hi, Our builder finished the rear wall of our kitchen about 2 weeks ago. I am doing the flat roof with EPDM The problem is the the top row of the bricks and blocks arent' stuck to the mortar - they are loose - the mortar has barely adhered them to the wall. Any idea the cause and how to fix...
