Looked in rear , low down and could see drain tube . No drips and dry underneath
Switched off. Removed contents including shelves. Ours has two screws at bottom of rear panel. Removed those. Pull panel out on one side then lift out. This revealed central drain hole. Cleared out...

Has anyone suggestions for cause of an intermittent fault on a main 24he bolier? Made by Baxi and very similar to other models.
Flame failure is intermittent. I have reset bolier.

Looks very similar to our baxi potterton bolier - a main 24. Sounds like timer is dodgy - it is a mechanical type one?
Go to potterton web site and look for similar bolier and there are downloads. A couple of screws and connection to main board. If you can use a screwdriver and remember to...

We have an new boiler only a month or so old.
Losing pressure and with help of this site I have found its the pressure relief valve. Pressure is normal- 0.5 to 1.0 but it is dripping out the end of the pipe over garage roof. Is it likely to have failed so early? Some idiot * did turn it to...
