A number of readiators are stone cold, both upstairs and down. This has been a problem for a while. Tried bleeding them and messing with the thermostat things. Now, every so often the hot water won't work so i have to do and put the heating on, then it works again. If I could get the manual...

Thanks but the flap door bit on the front was lost years ago. There isn't anything else on there with any markings on?

I have a Ferroli Optima boiler and followed a tip given on here on how to find the manual. Trouble is, I don't know which one it is, there are no only identifying marks on the boiler. Does anyone know how to tell which type it is? Thank you
