I had this once with a Profile 60, it would never display the problem when I attended but would randomly trip off. Fully tested and no problems or installation issues. In the end I replaced the pcb and that sorted it, no idea why though!

It sounds like an electrical controls issue, you need someone to test it. I would start from the boiler and work backwards through the controls...
