    Dormer tiles

    Yellow - Are the gaps in these dormer tiles normal? Anything to be worried about? Red - the corner or edge tiles seem to be loose or moved by strong winds. Anything to be worried about? And what’s the best fix? Yellow top left - looks like the roof felt was stuck with adhesive and strong winds...

    This is in a loft area - eaves. Sloping ceiling. when I switch on the light a buzzing sound can be heard. what’s the likely cause and solution There are 2 other likes that work. Thanks in advance

    Ridge tile damage, dry ridge what’s the cause?

    I have contacted original roofers. Crossing my fingers they show up tomorrow as promised to remediate. Job was done in June which had warm weather. Thanks for the suggestions for better adhesive
