    Hi all, I believe it’s dot and dab plasterboard. He has gone a little into the breezeblock/ thermalites behind. We can’t move the mirror brackets on the mirror. - it’s not possible with the mirror design unfortunately. Thanks x

    Flash tape peeling off in attic

    Hi there, I used some flash tape from B&Q to tape some tears and rips in the felt of my attic. It worked great to start with but has peeled off. I suspect it is too hot in there. Any suggestions for getting it to stick or products I could use to help sticking. Thanks so much!

    Does an RSJ always need padstones?

    Hi. It's supporting an upstairs floor with a wall directly above, and the roof above that. One end of rsj is sat on external wall, the other end is sat on an internal wall. Work was done 2 and a half years ago. Does this sound like padstones are needed?
