Thanks for your reply flameport. I tried that but still not getting hot water?

Hi All After getting home late from holiday I threw the cases in the airing cupboard for the night. Since then the only way we can get hot water is by using the immersion heater. The photos show what has happened, is there an easy way to fix this?
