Hi thanks for the replies I have given it another try and tightened it up as much as I dare, and it seems to be holding the fit is not very good. If it goes again I'll bite the bullet and buy a genuine part.

Hi this is my first post so go easy. I purchased an element for my bosch washing machine from ebay not a genuine part. It said it would fit my model, so I fitted it and it felt quite easy to push in I tightened the nut and put it all back together, started the machine and it started leaking...
