    Update: daughter had a stress fracture few weeks ago and can't run, so we switched to a relay. She did the bike and I did the swim and the run. We came 7 out of 8 relay teams with a time of 1 hr 40. Me-17:23 (750) swim, and run 36:36 (5k) run. She abso crushed the 20k bike at 41 mins! Feeling...

    Labour had become complacent. To their cost. I can only wish Plaid well. Success for me: NHS times down; progress on the 18-24 group's chances in life; and something clever to boost high streets. Review of rates perhaps.

    Gonna be ever so many Reform voters who, whatever happens on May 7th, realise Labour are still in power; and that even a wonderful outcome will have zero effect on immigration.
