    A further update.... In addition to the three damp and timber companies that have visited (details in previous post), we've had four more: (4) Kenwoods. Said it was definitely dry rot. Thought the white whispy growth was salts. He was scaremongering... got to do it right, get a guarantee...

    I've posted new photos of the ground level bay area, as requested. The builder is coming today so we're going to ask him to remove more floorboard from other areas of house you've suggested to investigate further. Hopefully we can post photos of these this eve. Update on 3 damp...

    2 airbricks here... though not sure if the air flow goes into the main corridor as there is a porch and it could be blocked underneath??
