    Thanks for your replies. Do you know what the likely hood of the pp being refused would be? The height of the decking from the highest ground level adjacent is 150mm. But the lowest it's 500mm, that's how uneven our garden was. Then a shed that is around 12ft by 10ft and 2.28m high.

    The decking is less than 300mm from the highest ground level. The highest point it goes up at the back where the slope is is 500mm. The lowest is 150mm. I am wanting to put a shed on top of the decking. Shed would be less than 2.5m tall. I have looked today and it says our Permitted...

    I know it says the highest ground level immediately adjacent to the building but what does this actuslly mean, does this mean the land near or literally millimeters next to the decking? My garden slopes down from my house so far end is way over 300mm but nearer the house is OK in the right...
