    It's a garden shed I'm looking for an easy option to protect my window cills from wet rot In my opinion flashband would look ok But to be fair a 3mm aluminium plate cut to size and bent to fit the cill would also look ok

    Photo attached The left hand window is hinged and opens outwards Hence I cannot fit a uPVC cill as it would prevent the window opening The window on the other side of the shed is the same I'm thinking of sticking some flash band to the whole cill to protect it from the rain
