fixing myself ,cant find eng to touch as isnt a new install,and is intermittant.think it looks like a air switch thing or seal.

changed pcb and ht lead,so far. seems to work ok until its been hot for a bit ,then when termostat wants it on air fan spins then sometrhing clicks, air fan stops,then tries again .has already burned out 1 fan.
